I am really getting nowhere with my BT Sports connection problems. What I want is to be able to watch BT Sports on my PCs and my iPhone and iPad using my BT broadband connection. At the moment I can watch BT Sports on all these devices using BTWiFi or any other WiFi connection or in case of iPhone my 3uk network connection. If I am connected to my home hub connection with any of my devices I can sign into BT Sports ok but when I select a live channel I just get the continuos buffering signal. If you can view BT Sport by connecting to BT WiFi then presumably it's someone else's wifi and not your own home hub wifi? If that's the case it could be a DNS problem. Your connection could be there, but very slow. I have no personal experience of changing DNS settings. DNS settings can only be changed on the pc, not the BT HH. See this link:- There is also an ongoing topic on DNS issues. Thanks for helping in this topic. At least it's now clear that it is the op's own WiFi-x or BT WiFi-with-Fon which is in use. And the problem is going to be related to Wireless channel settings 2. This narrows things down considerably. I cant even use BT tv anywhrre when connected to my home hub. Your connection appears to be good, and in percentage terms is better than my own Infinity 2. Background is:- in the past I've had problems connecting to a specific website usually BBC from one device out of 4. This was usually fixed fixed by forcing a new IP address - or by waiting for a few days and the problem resolved itself. In your case all devices fail to connect to BT TV? This probably means a DNS problem. There's some background on DNS checks in the BT help pages. After that there's the link given in one of my previous posts on failure to connect to some websites. Someone has even posted that the DNS settings changed by themselves. A popular quick fix appears to be to connect to Google DNS servers. This can result in a slower connection, however. Unless any other forum members have ideas...........? I dont think it is a DNS problem because I do connect to the BT sites ok but when I am connected with my home hub it is the player that wont operate, using any other connection the player works. As far the laptops are concerned I log into BT Sports site select watch live option the online player appears I click watch then after a delay view FAQs appears at bottom of the player and clicking that takes you online player error codes help.
